This notice explains what personal data Digital Soule LLC collects, why, where it is held, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to the systems we run for our own business.
Who we are

For data protection purposes we are the controller of the personal data described below.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, company, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business when you send an enquiry, book a call, or ask for access to a tool.
- What happens next. A record of the enquiry, any proposal or quote we prepare, bookings made, and messages exchanged.
- Website usage. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies or local storage; it does not identify you or track you across sites.
- How you reached us. The page you arrived on and, where applicable, which part of the site referred you.
We do not collect special category data. We do not ask for identification documents, payment card details, or financial account numbers through this website.
Why we use it

Automated processing and AI
We want to be straightforward about this, because our service is built on automation.
What is automated. When you submit an enquiry, our system scores it against fixed criteria — such as urgency, size and stated budget — to help us prioritise. It then uses an AI language model, provided by Anthropic, to draft a written summary of what we think you need and an indicative direction.
What is not automated. No proposal, email or message is ever sent to you without a person at Digital Soule reading it and approving it first. There is no decision about you that is made solely by automated means and that produces a legal or similarly significant effect. A person decides whether and how we respond to you, every time.
What the AI provider receives. The content of your enquiry is sent to Anthropic's API to generate that draft. It is not used to train their models.
If you would prefer we handle your enquiry without AI drafting, email hello@thedigitalsoule.com and we will do it manually.
Where it is held
Enquiry and customer records are held in a managed database hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Email is handled by our business mail provider. Some processing takes place in the United Arab Emirates, where we operate.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They process data on our instructions only, and they do not use it for their own purposes.

- Workflow automation, which moves your enquiry between the steps described above
- Business email and scheduling
- Website hosting and content delivery
- An AI language model used to draft proposal text from the information you provide
- Payment processing, where you make a payment
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use your data to train AI models, and our providers are engaged on terms that prevent them from doing so.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become customers — 24 months, then deleted or anonymised
- Customer records, contracts and invoices — retained for the period required by UAE law, currently seven years from the end of the relevant financial year
- Email correspondence — retained while it is relevant to a live or recent engagement
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete what we hold, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop using it for a particular purpose, or withdraw consent you have given
- Provide it in a portable format
Email hello@thedigitalsoule.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
Security
Access to customer records is restricted and authenticated. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting providers. Records are separated so that one customer’s data cannot be reached from another’s account.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be notified by email.
