These terms govern your use of thedigitalsoule.com and any free tool published on it. Work we carry out for a client is governed by a separate signed agreement, not by these terms.

Using this website
You may read this site, use the free tools, and send an enquiry. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.
Enquiries, quotes and prices
- Prices shown on this site are indicative ranges, not offers. They exist so you can judge whether a conversation is worth having.
- Any figure produced by a calculator or estimator on this site is an illustration based on numbers you entered. It is not a forecast, a valuation, or a promise of any outcome.
- A binding price is set only in a written proposal or statement of work, after we have understood your requirements, and it applies only to the scope described in that document.
- Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract is formed when a proposal or statement of work is signed by both parties.
Free tools
- Free tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind.
- Unless stated otherwise on the tool’s own page, a free tool runs in your browser and stores its data on your device. We do not hold that data and we cannot recover it for you.
- You are responsible for keeping your own copy of anything you rely on. Export your data.
- We may change, restrict or withdraw a free tool at any time.
- Do not use a free tool as the sole record for anything that affects safety, regulatory compliance, or a financial statement.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, the Soule Ops system, and the tools published here remain the property of Digital Soule LLC. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute them. Where we build something for a client, ownership of the deliverables is set out in that client’s agreement.
Anything you submit through an enquiry remains yours. You grant us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to you and delivering any work you engage us for.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: this website and its free tools are provided without warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for any particular purpose; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from use of this website or a free tool; and our total liability in connection with this website and its free tools is limited to AED 1,000.
Liability in respect of paid work is governed by the agreement covering that work, not by this clause.
Third-party links
Where this site links elsewhere, we are not responsible for that site’s content, terms or privacy practices.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where a breach occurs.
